We’re looking for a caring, fun and enthusiastic practitioner to join our friendly team. Someone who brings energy, kindness and positivity to each day, loves planning exciting, playful activities and isn’t afraid to embrace the great outdoors in all weathers!
You’ll play an important role in creating meaningful experiences, supporting children’s individual development and helping them build confidence, independence and a love of learning. We want someone who shares our passion for early years, enjoys working as part of a team and understands the difference that warmth, encouragement and imagination can make.
What we’re looking for
- A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification,
- A genuine passion for children’s learning and development,
- A caring, fun and enthusiastic approach,
- Someone who is proactive, team-focused and ready to get involved.
