Experienced Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing construction team delivering residential, commercial and refurbishment projects across the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Applicants should have a proven track record in site management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, plant and materials. A strong understanding of health and safety legislation, construction sequencing, quality control and client liaison is essential.

Experience managing structural alterations, refurbishment projects and new-build construction would be advantageous. A valid driving licence is required and SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications are desirable.
