Site Foreperson

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreperson to join our construction team working on residential, commercial and refurbishment projects across the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, leading direct labour and assisting the Site Manager in delivering works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties will include coordinating site activities, allocating work to operatives, monitoring quality, ensuring materials and plant are available when required, and maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Applicants should have good practical construction knowledge and the ability to read drawings and work schedules.

A trade background would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience in refurbishment, structural alterations and new-build projects would also be advantageous.
