FATCA / CRS Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking to recruit six Operations Analysts for a six-month contract to support an upcoming remediation project in the Isle of Man. The role involves ensuring that client FATCA/CRS information is accurate and up to date. The initial outreach to clients is automated; however, the team will manage all incoming responses effectively.

Candidates must be comfortable communicating with clients via phone and video calls while providing support to Relationship Managers for any complex tasks. An operational understanding of basic banking KYC principles is preferred, as training will be provided to enhance knowledge. This role is not suitable for summer students; candidates must be able to commit to the duration of the project.
