Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for new team members to join our busy Food and Beverage department at the Palace Hotel & Casino. As an F&B Assistant, you will work across both the Hotel and Looky’s Lounge Bar, supporting a variety of areas including breakfast shifts, the main hotel restaurant, special events, and the bar.

Previous bar service experience and ideally cocktail experience would be an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided in all areas. We are looking for individuals with a high level of customer service who are enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to assist our customers and hotel guests to ensure they have an enjoyable visit.
