The Palace Hotel & Casino is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Casino Gaming Operative to join our casino team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing casino games, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a professional and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a casino gaming role and be confident in dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Brag and Poker to a high professional standard. The role involves working evening and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based around the casino's operating hours of 6:00pm to 4:00am. Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.
Please note that this position is only suitable for experienced casino professionals, and applications from candidates without previous casino dealing experience will not be considered. An Isle of Man GSC Certificate of Approval will be required. Applicants must be over 18years old with no unspent criminal convictions.
