Maintains assessment quality and assures delivery of Adult Care qualifications in line with TQUK requirements.
Due to the continued expansion of TopCare Training we are recruiting an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support the delivery and quality assurance of our RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care . The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and practical experience within the Health and Social Care sector, together with previous experience in training, and internal quality assurance. The IQA will be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of assessment decisions and ensuring that qualifications are delivered in accordance with TQUK requirements and TopCare Training's quality assurance procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a level 4 qualification in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice;
- Previous experience working as an IQA within Health and Social Care;
- Relevant Health and Social Care qualification and experience;
- Experience in quality assuring vocational Health and Social Care qualifications;
- A good understanding of assessment and internal quality assurance processes;
- Ability to complete sampling, standardisation and assessor feedback;
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping;
- Ability to support assessors and maintain consistent assessment standards;
- Experience of assessing RQF Level 3 and Level 5 Adult Care qualifications is highly desirable.
