Supports learners completing Level 3 and Level 5 Adult Care qualifications through teaching, assessment and feedback.
Due to the continued expansion of TopCare Training we are recruiting 2 x Trainer/Assessors.
We are seeking experienced and suitably qualified professionals to support the delivery of our RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care .
We are looking for individuals with strong knowledge and practical experience within the Health and Social Care sector, together with previous experience in training, and assessment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting learners through their Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, including teaching, assessment and providing constructive feedback.
Essential requirements
- Previous experience as a Trainer and/or Assessor within Health and Social Care; 2 Hold a recognised TAQA Assessor qualification
- Hold relevant Health and Social Care qualification at an appropriate level;
- Good knowledge of Adult Care practice and standards;
- Experience of assessing learners undertaking vocational qualifications; 6.Ability to provide clear, constructive and timely learner feedback;
- Strong communication, and organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and meet assessment and awarding-body requirements;
- Experience delivering and/or assessing RQF Level 3 and/or Level 5 Adult Care qualifications is highly desirable.
