Junior Client Relationship Administrator

Kinley Legal is seeking a Junior Client Relationship Administrator to work in our busy legal practice across our specialist practice areas, which include Isle of Man immigration and British nationality work, private client matters including probate and estate planning, and corporate and commercial work. This is a varied role involving working with the firm’s clients by telephone, online and in person at our central Douglas offices on matters including new business, invoicing and office management, supporting the firm’s practice manager and lawyers in providing excellent service to our local and international clients.

This role does not involve giving legal advice, and previous experience working in a law firm is not a requirement. The successful candidate will however have appropriate qualifications or experience working in a client- or customer-facing business role, ideally in an office environment, together with strong online and Microsoft Office skills.

An international outlook and foreign language skills would be beneficial. This role is based upon 35 hours per week, with a salary based upon experience of GBP23,500.00 to GBP26,000.00 per annum. Flexible working is available, primarily within normal office hours, with hours to be agreed with management.
