Maintenance Assistant

A position has arisen to join the group maintenance team. This position will cover 3 hotels within the group. Main duties will include general building maintenance like basic plumbing – diagnosing and fixing leaks, minor painting and decorating, fitting shelfs and adjusting doors, fixing and changing door looks, fixing broken items in rooms and in other departments.

For this role you will ideally have some knowledge of plumbing & very basic electrics. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have computer knowledge, and be willing and ready to undertake a variety of duties/requests as they arise. At this moment unfortunately, we are not in a position to sponsor work visas as our organisation does not currently meet the criteria required to apply for the Confirmation of Employment (COE).
