Marketing Communications & Operations Manager

This role involves leading the development and execution of effectively targeted global marketing campaigns while supporting the enhancement of brand identity. The Marketing Communications and Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising relationships with key third parties, including vendors and agencies, to ensure collaborative success.

The position requires developing marketing infrastructure and processes to drive best practices and efficiencies. The Manager will work closely with the broader Business Development and Marketing (BD&M) team and internal stakeholders to deliver worldwide support. This role is full-time, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will take charge of creating multi-regional marketing campaigns based on market trends and client intelligence. They will develop engaging content to generate positive visibility and measure campaign effectiveness to drive learning within the team. Additionally, the role involves owning the social media channel strategy and executing digital marketing and SEO campaigns effectively.
