Medicines Counter Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Medicines Counter Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy. You'll deliver excellent customer service, advise on OTC medicines and healthcare products, process sales, replenish stock, promote pharmacy services and confidently recommend products that benefit patients.

Following training, you'll also support the dispensary team with day-to-day dispensing duties. Essential:

Previous pharmacy experience, excellent customer service and retail skills, confidence advising customers, strong sales awareness, basi to intermediate computer literacy, numeracy and attention to detail, ability to work in a busy environment, and a full UK/Isle of Man driving licence with the ability to drive. Knowledge of OTC medicines, dispensing experience, MCA training and EPOS/pharmacy systems are advantageous.
