Medicines Counter Assistant

Karsons Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, proactive and commercially minded Counter Assistant to join our busy flagship community pharmacy. You'll provide outstanding customer service, confidently recommend OTC medicines, healthcare products and pharmacy services, and, following training, support our dispensary team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an independent community pharmacy. Essential:

Previous pharmacy experience; excellent customer service and retail skills; confidence communicating with patients; commercial awareness and sales ability; knowledge of OTC medicines; community pharmacy and/or dispensing experience; MCA qualification (or willingness to complete); familiarity with pharmacy or EPOS systems; strong computer, numeracy and organisational skills; attention to detail; reliability; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a full UK/Isle of Man driving licence.
