Part-Time - Part Qualified Accountant

Our client seeks a Part-Time - Part Qualified Accountant to join their team. (Between 25 to 30 hours per week - Flexible). Forming part of an experienced team at a small Office, the successful applicant will take day to day responsibility for a number of companies and trusts and various reporting processes, in addition to the compilation of management accounts on a quarterly basis.

Preparation of annual financial statements may also be required, however guidance in this area will be provided where necessary. Key Skills and Experience:

Be an experienced bookkeeper, preferably AAT/CAT qualified (or part qualified ACCA/ACA). Have experience of day to day journal entries, bank reconciliations, payments, accruals, prepayments, supplier control accounts. Have experience in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements for Isle of Man CompaniesKnowledge of the Paxus fund accounting system (primary accounting system used) and Sage accounts would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.

This role would be suited to either an experienced bookkeeper seeking a new challenge or a part qualified accountant. The successful candidate will be joining a small team supported by the Directors. Excellent Benefits Package:
