Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their Future Ready Team in Braddan, Isle of Man. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales of Fibre Broadband, Mobile Tariffs, and Hardware products. Your primary focus will be offline customer engagement, managing case inquiries and email correspondence to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions, all while converting inquiries into sales to promote high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may support outbound activities and participate in events through the mobile shop as necessary.
