Senior Facilities Manager

The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the physical workplace estate across multiple jurisdictions. This full-time role involves ensuring that every office provides a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and clients, while managing costs effectively and planning for future growth.

Beyond overseeing day-to-day operations, this role encompasses a significant project dimension, leading office searches, fit-outs, relocations, and consolidations. Close collaboration with local leadership and central functions is essential to align the office strategy with the commercial ambitions of the organisation.

Reporting to the Group COO, the Senior Facilities Manager must balance operational rigour with commercial acumen, maintaining consistent standards across diverse portfolios while respecting local requirements and regulations. Regular travel across jurisdictions is required, necessitating adaptability and a hands-on approach to address evolving responsibilities.
