Store Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of our busy Ramsey store. This is a very hands on management role, and you will be expected to lead from the front, working alongside the team and being actively involved in the daily operation of the store, including serving customers, merchandising, maintaining store standards and supporting the team wherever required.

You will also be responsible for leading and developing the store team, managing sales performance and profitability, stock control, staff recruitment and performance, rotas, customer complaints, health and safety compliance, and reporting to senior management. We are looking for an organised, motivated and confident manager with proven leadership and people management skills, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced retail environment.
