Accounts Assistant

Join a newly formed Isle of Man team as our next Accounts Assistant, supporting a group of three trading companies and reporting to the Accounts Manager. You'll own the day-to-day finances — bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, journals, intercompany transactions and currency transfers — while playing a hands-on role in month-end and year-end close, VAT filings, cash flow forecasting and audit support.

We're looking for someone CAT qualified or working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA study support available), with solid experience across multiple companies or a group structure, sharp Excel skills, and the organisation and attention to detail to keep things running smoothly under deadline pressure.
