Finance Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team in a key role within the finance function. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of accounting and cash operations across all strategies and supported regions, including the Isle of Man. The role is highly collaborative, involving regular interaction across Finance, Operations, and Trading, and offers genuine exposure to different areas of the business alongside a varied and important portfolio of responsibilities.

It would suit someone looking to build broad commercial finance experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be AAT level qualified (or working towards this), or qualified by experience, with five or more years of practical experience across transactional accounting and month-end close.

Candidates working towards a qualification will still be considered, provided they can demonstrate strong practical ability. A proven track record of resolving discrepancies and queries independently is essential, along with sound judgement on when and how to escalate issues. Strong Excel proficiency is required, as are solid time management skills to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
