Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a portfolio of more than 50 companies across the Isle of Man and the UK. The group primarily operates within property and candidates must therefore bring substantial financial experience from that sector. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day finance function across a multi-company group, overseeing rental income, arrears, deposits, and service charges.

The role also involves managing VAT, CIS, statutory, and tax filing requirements, along with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Producing accurate financial and management reporting is a core part of the position, as is leading, developing, and mentoring the finance team.

The ideal candidate will hold an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, with strong experience in property finance, financial management, and reporting. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with advanced Excel capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory and corporate compliance requirements is essential, and experience using VT+ or Xero would be advantageous. For more details and to apply contact [email protected] or 01624 614841
