The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the day?to?day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and compliance with company standards. They play a key role in leading shifts, developing the team, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role is required.
