Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their High and Medium Impact (HMI) Supervision division. This full-time position is central to enhancing effective controls, supervisory activities, and processes for high and medium impact firms across regulated sectors, excluding banks and insurers.

You will work closely with the Manager and Senior Manager to ensure all deliverables are met while supporting the organisation's engagement model. The primary focus of this role involves risk-based supervision and contributing to the success of the HMI Supervision team by maintaining effective relationships with regulated entities and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include participation in supervisory inspections, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagements, as well as contributing to necessary legislative and policy updates.
