Business Analyst - Multiple Hires

The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, elicit and document business requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technology and operational teams. Day-to-day focus will include analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the design and implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves preparing documentation such as process maps, functional requirements, and business cases, as well as supporting testing activities and change management. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with our front office team, operations, IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
