Our client seeks a Business Analyst to join their team for a minimum of 12 months Fixed Term Contract. Working across areas including KYC/AML, data and core banking, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Front Office, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of change initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to both business and technology while developing your analytical and project delivery skills. Key Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information and identify practical solutions.
- Previous experience within financial services, wealth management or a project environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- An interest in business analysis, project delivery, process improvement and change management.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- An understanding of business processes, operational workflows and customer journey principles would be advantageous.
