Leads technology and operational transformation for a financial services group with a licensed bank.
We're searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Operating & Transformation Officer to help shape the next phase of our clients digital and operational transformation for a publicly listed financial services group with a fully licensed bank at its core. This is board-reportable - not a glorified IT director position. You will standardise and digitalise systems and processes, drive operational efficiency and customer experience, foster innovation and establish an appropriate technology and outsourcing model within the bank's regulatory boundaries.
What will you bring?
- Senior leadership experience in technology transformation within banking or regulated financial services.
- A proven track record of leading complex, third-party-delivered programmes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technology, data governance, enterprise architecture and operational resilience.
- The confidence and credibility to engage at Board level, providing clear, candid reporting on programme progress, risks and delivery.
You will ideally be an Isle of Man resident or willing to relocate without the need for a work visa. Please do not overlook this requirement. If you are considering relocation, you should have researched the Isle of Man thoroughly, including the practicalities of moving, living and working here.
