Community Support Worker

Community Support Worker – East & South. LV Home Care is looking for a Community Support Worker to join our lovely and dedicated team in the East and South, providing high-quality domiciliary care to our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, respectful, honest and caring individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Community Support Worker, you will support our clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes, assisting them with a variety of tasks, including:

Personal care, Medication administration, Meal preparation, Light household tasks, Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping, Welfare checks. Companionship. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care and striving for excellence to enrich the lives of our clients.

Previous qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role and will be processed by LV once the position has been offered. What We Offer:
