Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team.
Role Profile: Based in the Douglas office, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers.
- Manage a team.
- Take care of collection.
- Maintain relationships with banks.
- Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial controller or a similar role.
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or iGaming industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
