Financial Assistants x 2

This position involves two full-time Financial Assistants who will play a vital role within the finance team, supporting the Head of Finance with a range of duties. The role is based in the Isle of Man, and requires a commitment of 37 hours per week. The successful candidates will be instrumental in the coordination and collation of management accounts, assisting with the budget and forecast processes, and ensuring financial reporting is conducted accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities will include producing monthly profit and loss accounts for specific products, preparing month-end journals, and providing variance analysis and commentaries on management accounts. Interaction with various teams will be essential to resolve any accounting issues that arise, and the role will involve the preparation and maintenance of process documentation to support improvements in financial controls.
