Head of Banking

Our client is seeking a full-time Head of Banking to lead their Prudential Supervision Division. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the regulatory framework for the Island’s banking sector, as well as other assigned sectors. The successful candidate will ensure effective prudential and conduct supervision of banks, payment services providers, and credit unions, consistently applying risk-based and proportionate supervisory practices.

Located in the Island, this position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and maintain high standards of compliance. As the Head of Banking, you will provide leadership and direction to the Banking Supervision team while contributing to the wider objectives of the Authority, supporting cultural leadership and strategic risk management.
