This role involves driving the implementation of the Real Estate Services (RES) enablement plan across the Isle of Man and Jersey, with a focus on enhancing the workplace experience in both locations. You will manage a local team while overseeing a remote team in Jersey, contributing to the business strategy and goals.

Key areas of focus include leasing of space, property management, facilities management, technical services, logistics, project management, and physical security. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Physical Planning or related fields, alongside significant project management experience.

With 8-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Management, you should demonstrate strong organisational capabilities in delivering projects that implement Real Estate Services.
