Private Associate Dentist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Dentist to join our independently owned private practice overlooking Douglas Promenade. We offer a modern, fully digital working environment with an established private and membership-plan patient base, supported by a friendly and experienced clinical and administrative team.

The position is available for two to five days per week, with flexibility for the right candidate. Remuneration is up to 50% of associate-generated turnover, with laboratory fees shared equally on a 50/50 basis. There is excellent scope for general and advanced restorative dentistry, including Invisalign, composite bonding, oral surgery and implant dentistry, subject to training and competence.

Our practice is equipped with iTero and TRIOS 5 scanners, CBCT, digital radiography, in-house milling and 3D printing, a dental microscope, Guided Biofilm Therapy and conscious sedation facilities, allowing us to provide modern, efficient patient care. We are looking for a kind, motivated and dependable dentist who is GDC registered or eligible for registration, has appropriate indemnity insurance and is committed to high standards of patient care and clinical governance.

Experience in Invisalign, restorative dentistry, implants, oral surgery or sedation would be advantageous but is not essential. The Isle of Man offers an excellent quality of life, beautiful coastline and countryside, short commutes and convenient connections to the UK and Ireland. Relocation support can be discussed.
