General Manager - Pubs

We're looking for exceptional hospitality leaders to take ownership of some of the Isle of Man's most established and respected food-led pubs. This is not a traditional pub management role. We are seeking experienced General Managers who are passionate about great food, outstanding guest experiences, team development, and delivering strong commercial results.

You'll be given the autonomy to run your business while being supported by a dedicated Head Office team across Operations, Marketing, People, Finance and Property. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a venue that guests choose time and time again, leading high-performing teams, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every visit reflects the standards and reputation of the Okell's Inns brand.
